From 13th to 16th December, Mar del Plata, Argentina, will host the 23th edition of the International Tournament in Pool and Open Sea. The tournament will have 2 days of competition in the Olympic Pan American swimming pool of Mar del Plata and 1 day in Argentinean shore in open sea. The deadline to submit entry forms is 15th November.

The event began in 1985 with the participation of 20 athletes from Argentina and since 1990, international athletes have been invited to participate. The tournament is sanctioned by IPC, and the results will be added to the international ranking and serve as a classification for the Beijing 2008 Paralympic Games.
